>> Saskatchewan Conference of The United Church of Canada Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat is Saskatchewan Conference?Saskatchewan Conference is one of 13 Conferences of The United Church of Canada. It has 185 pastoral charges in seven Presbyteries: Chinook, Good Spirit, Prairie Pine, River Bend, Tamarack, Twin Valleys, and Wascana. Lay delegates and ministry personnel from each presbytery attend the Conference Annual Meeting each year at the end of May. The Conference carries out its work during the church year through the Conference Executive, Divisions – Finance, Mission, Ministry Personnel & Education – and committees. Saskatchewan Conference’s nine staff members provide leadership and support to Presbyteries and congregations throughout the province of Saskatchewan and to the divisions and committees of the Conference. Where is the Conference Office?The Conference Office is located in the north end of Regina, one block southwest of the Ring Road, at 418A McDonald Street (in the Imperial Business Centre strip mall).
